本文根据Jordanoglou关于FVC-t曲线上每10%FVC段可考虑为线性的原则,推导出计算MTTp的简易公式:MTTp=0.1FVC/2vp。用此公式对健康青少年628例和成人502例测定的结果,与“直接法”比较无显著差异。建立了以年龄为自变量的回归方程,除女性成年MTT_(20~30)%外,余均相关良好。对慢性阻塞性肺病(COFD)患者168例的测定表明,计算值占预计值的百分数均较高,与其他敏感指标接近。故本法测值准确,简便易行,宜于MTTp的推广使用。
According to Jordanoglou’s principle that every 10% FVC segment on the FVC-t curve can be regarded as linear, a simple formula for calculating MTTp is deduced: MTTp = 0.1FVC / 2vp. With this formula, the results of 628 healthy adolescents and 502 adults were determined, there was no significant difference compared with “direct method”. A regression equation with age as independent variable was established, except for female adult MTT_ (20-30)%, all were well-correlated. 168 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COFD) determination showed that the calculated value accounted for the expected percentage were higher, and other sensitive indicators are close. Therefore, the method of accurate measurement, simple and easy, suitable for the promotion of the use of MTTp.
