美国金融危机对中国经济的影响,使得中国经济的内外部失衡现象愈加明显。转变中国经济增长模式、扩大内需已经成为中国经济应对美国金融危机的首要问题。中国经济的内外失衡主要表现为国际收支的持续“双顺差”及高投资、高储蓄、低消费,并对中国经济的发展造成了消极影响。运用大量数据分析了中国经济内外失衡的状况,并提出了在金融危机条件下,中国调节经济内外失衡的对策建议。
The impact of the U.S. financial crisis on China’s economy has made the internal and external imbalances of the Chinese economy more and more obvious. Transforming China’s economic growth model and expanding domestic demand have become the primary issues facing the Chinese economy in responding to the U.S. financial crisis. The internal and external imbalances in China’s economy are mainly manifested in the sustained “double surpluses” in the balance of payments and its high investment, high savings and low consumption, which have negatively affected China’s economic development. Using a large amount of data to analyze the situation of imbalances inside and outside China’s economy and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to adjust the imbalance between the inside and outside of the economy under the conditions of the financial crisis.
