中日两国是一衣带水的近邻,两国人民之间有着两千多年友好交往的悠久历史,然而半个世纪的对立致使中日关系几经波折。但是发展是主流,建立友好互助的邻邦关系是两国及两国人民的共同心声。实现这个目标当然需要政治和经济两个车轮同时强有力运转,但推动这两个车轮的是两国人民。而中日文化交际与交流将有助于把两国人民的情感连接在一起,有助于减少由于意识形态领域差异而引起的摩擦。
China and Japan are close neighbors of clothing and water and have a long history of more than 2,000 years of friendly exchanges between the peoples of the two countries. However, the confrontation between China and Japan over the past half century has caused many ups and downs in Sino-Japanese relations. However, the development is the mainstream and the establishment of friendly and mutual-neighbor relations is the common aspiration of the two countries and their peoples. To achieve this goal, of course, requires both the political and economic wheels to work at the same time, but the two wheels are the two peoples. The Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges and exchanges will help to connect the emotions of the two peoples together and help to reduce the friction caused by the differences in ideology.
