研究重介质旋流器内由短路流产生的闭环涡流的面积和数量,对于优化旋流器结构参数、提高分选精度有重要的意义。本文借助Solidworks软件对旋流器进行模型构建,并利用自带的CFD插件Flow Simulation对模型进行流体动力学模拟和分析。通过速度流线图研究了闭环涡流的数量和面积与溢流管插入深度的关系,结果表明:在最佳的溢流插入深度下,旋流器内闭环涡流的面积仅为优化前47.19%,内部流场更加稳定,有利于提高旋流器的分选精度。
Studying the area and number of closed-loop eddy currents generated by short-circuit flow in a heavy-medium cyclone is of great significance for optimizing the structural parameters of the cyclone and improving the sorting accuracy. In this paper, we use Solidworks software to build the model of the cyclone and use the built-in CFD plug-in Flow Simulation to simulate and analyze the model. The relationship between the number and area of closed-loop eddy currents and the depth of overflow pipe was studied by velocity-flow diagram. The results show that the area of closed-loop eddy current in swirler is only 47.19% The internal flow field is more stable and helps to improve the sorting accuracy of the cyclone.
