随着社会主义市场经济理论的确立,“下海”已成为众人瞩目的热点。一位“下海”有年且略尝“海鲜”的青年告诫一帮跃跃欲试的朋友说:“下海”不可凭一时热情,要先识“水性”,一步一步来。应该说,这位青年讲得很有道理。尽管如今是前有众多成功的先行者,后有党的十四大精神支持鼓励,实属难得的“下海”良机。但我总觉得,这只能算是昭示一种趋势、一种努力方向,并不能说明谁都适合“下海”,更不能说明谁都适合马上“下海”,谁“下海”都能“缚蛟龙”。

A young man who “sailed the sea” and tasted “seafood” for years warned a group of eager friends: “The sea” can not be tempted by enthusiasm. It is necessary to first understand “water-based” one step at a time. It should be said that this young man made a very reasonable point. Although there are many forerunners who have succeeded in the present, it is a rare opportunity to “go to the sea” with the support and encouragement of the 14th CPC National Congress. However, I always feel that this can only be regarded as a trend and a direction of efforts. It does not mean anyone is suitable for “going to the sea,” but can not say who is suitable for “going to sea” immediately and who “going down to the sea” can “tie the dragon” .
