国企改革:必须承受的阵痛国有企业迈向市场,是一场脱胎换骨的革命,必然带来阵痛,甚至需要一些职工做出某些牺牲,这对广大职工心灵的冲击和带来的变化,都是巨大的。经历20年的磨砺,我省职工普遍对国企改革从不理解转为理解,参与意识和承受能力也不断增强,对改革的成果给予充分肯定。有越来越多的人认识到,改革是国企唯一的出路,守着过去那种僵化保守的模式,不积极参与市场竞争,只有死路一条。现在,虽然在机制转轨过程中,我们的国企确实出现了不少困难,但取得的成绩、带来的变化也是有目共睹的。我们有了一大批国际知名的大企业,国企的技术水平和竞争能力大大提高,广大员工的市场意识、风险意识普遍增强,这都为国企的二次创业打下了坚实基础。经历了70多年风风雨雨的昆明卷烟厂,正是在改革开放20年里
State-owned enterprise reforms: the pain that must be endured The state-owned enterprises have entered the market and are a revolution that will inevitably lead to pains, and even require some workers to make certain sacrifices. This impact on the hearts and souls of the workers and the changes they bring are all huge. After 20 years of tempering, workers in our province have generally changed their understanding of the reform of state-owned enterprises into understanding, and their awareness of and commitment to participation has also been continuously strengthened, and the results of reforms have been fully affirmed. More and more people realize that reform is the only way out for state-owned enterprises, and they are guarding against the rigid, conservative model of the past. They do not actively participate in market competition and only have a dead end. Now, although there are indeed many difficulties for our state-owned enterprises during the transition of the mechanism, the achievements and changes that have been made are also obvious to all. We have a large number of internationally renowned large enterprises. The technological level and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises have been greatly improved. The general awareness of employees and market awareness of risks has increased. This has laid a solid foundation for the second-time entrepreneurship of state-owned enterprises. After more than 70 years of ups and downs, Kunming Cigarette Factory has been in reform and opening up for 20 years.
