甩挂运输是集约、高效的运输组织方式,是道路货运业规模化、网络化和标准化发展水平的集中体现。近年来,我们以贯彻落实交通运输部等五部门《关于促进甩挂运输发展的通知》精神为契机,紧密围绕《甩挂运输试点实施方案》确定的目标和任务,大力推进甩挂运输加快发展。据统计,2O11年试点企业甩挂运输周转量占总周转量的20%以上,平均单位运输成本下降18%左右,车辆里程利用率提高到80%以上,试点工作取得初步成效。加强工作指导认真组织甩挂运输试点开展甩挂运输试点工作,符合现代交通运输业发展方向。截止“十一五”末,我省拥有道路货运企业37.3万家。规模企业
