本文对空心件反挤的单位挤压力,采用滑移线法和上限法进行了计算。由于上限流动模型设计合理并进行优化,取得了上限解仅高于滑移线解2%较好结果。
In this paper, the unit squeeze force of anti-extrusion of hollow parts is calculated by the method of slip line and upper bound method. Because the upper limit flow model is designed reasonably and optimized, the upper limit solution is obtained, which is only 2% better than the slip line solution.
