近年来,对哮喘机理及治疗的认识进展迅速。在发病的机理方面突出了气道慢性炎症的重要性及气道高反应性的临床特征,从而在治疗方面强调了吸入疗法,尤其是皮质激素的吸入治疗的优点。这些都引起了世界性的广泛重视。为了更好地推进哮喘治疗工作,我们根据国内外的经验并参考国际性哮喘诊断和治疗方案,制定了儿童哮喘的诊断治疗常规,供临床工作参考。有关儿童哮喘的诊断标准曾在《中华儿科杂志》1988年第1期刊出。经
In recent years, the understanding of the mechanism and treatment of asthma is progressing rapidly. The mechanism of pathogenesis highlights the importance of chronic airway inflammation and the clinical features of airway hyperresponsiveness, thereby emphasizing the advantages of inhalation therapy, particularly of inhaled corticosteroids, in terms of treatment. All of these have aroused worldwide attention. In order to better promote the treatment of asthma, based on the experience both at home and abroad and with reference to international asthma diagnosis and treatment programs, we have formulated the routine diagnosis and treatment of asthma in children for clinical reference. Diagnostic criteria for childhood asthma were published in “China Pediatrics” No.188. through
