为了认真学习、深入宣传《会计法》,切实做好《会计法》实施前的准备工作,财政部于3月1日与《经济日报》、《财务与会计》、《会计研究》杂志编辑部联合召开了中央部分主管部门、部分财经院校、最高人民法院、解放军总后勤部、人民银行总行、中国社会科学院等单位财务负责人、教授、财经研究人员等参加的座谈会。会议座谈了《会计法》公布以来各主管部门宣传、贯彻《会计法》的情况;《会计法》颁布的意义和作用;研究了在当前经济体制改革中,处理好搞活经济同依法办事、加强经济立法的关系;以及如何进一步宣传、学习《会计法》,切实做好实施前的准备工作等问题。
In order to conscientiously study and thoroughly publicize the Accounting Law and earnestly prepare for the implementation of the Accounting Law, the Ministry of Finance and the editorial department of Economic Daily, Finance and Accounting, Accounting Research, Jointly held a forum attended by central departments, some financial institutions, the Supreme People’s Court, the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army, the People’s Bank of China Head Office, financial leaders, professors and financial researchers of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The meeting discussed the promotion and implementation of the Accounting Law by various departments in charge since the publication of the Accounting Law and the significance and role promulgated in the Accounting Law. In the current reform of the economic system, the government handled the issue of enlivening the economy and acting in accordance with the law, Economic and legislative relations; and how to further publicize and study the “Accounting Law” and earnestly do a good job preparatory work before the implementation of such issues.
