酿酒葡萄的成熟进程以及风味物质的积累,受到成熟期日照、气温和降雨等气候因素的影响。2014年葡萄成熟季陕西杨凌地区出现长时间持续性降雨,为调查降雨对不同酿酒葡萄品种的影响差异提供了契机。该试验于2013年和2014年对比了杨凌地区2个酿酒葡萄品种(系)成熟度进程和感病情况,分析了不同品种(系)的成熟度指标的变化规律和其对降雨的响应差异。同时结合当地气候特点,研究了酿酒葡萄优选品系“LHN55”在杨凌地区的栽培适应性。结果表明:降水量增加均会阻碍“赤霞珠”和“LHN55”的成熟进程,并加重白腐病侵染面积和感病程度,但优选品系“LHN55”较“赤霞珠”在杨凌地区有更强的抗病性和适应性。
The maturation of wine grapes and the accumulation of flavor substances are affected by climatic factors such as maturity, temperature and rainfall. Long-term continuous rainfall appeared in the Yangling region of Shaanxi Province during the ripening season of 2014, providing an opportunity to investigate the differences in the impact of rainfall on different grape varieties. The experiment compared the maturation process and susceptibility of two wine grape varieties in Yangling in 2013 and 2014, and analyzed the variation of maturity index and the response to rainfall of different varieties (lines). At the same time, according to the characteristics of the local climate, we studied the cultivation adaptability of “LHN55”, a strain of wine grape preferred in Yangling. The results showed that the increase of precipitation would hinder the maturation process of “Cabernet Sauvignon ” and “LHN55 ” and aggravate the infection area and susceptible degree of white rot, but the better “LHN55” Cabernet Sauvignon "in Yangling area has a stronger disease resistance and adaptability.
