目的了解独立学院贫困大学生的心理健康状况,有针对性地做好贫困大学生的心理健康教育工作。方法对我院2008年获得国家助学金和励志奖学金的512名贫困生进行了症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查。结果独立学院贫困生的心理健康水平总体低于全国青年常模,除躯体化和人际关系因子外,其它因子得分显著高于常模,但在性别、年级比较时,只在个别因子上存在显著差异。结论独立学院需要做进一步心理问题筛选的学生占总数的27%,针对这一情况,学院应通过各种途径加强学生心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the mental health status of poor college students in independent colleges and to do well the psychological health education for impoverished undergraduates. Methods A total of 512 impoverished students who received state grants and motivational scholarships in our hospital in 2008 were investigated by SCL-90 questionnaire. Results The mental health status of poor students in Independent College was lower than that of national youth. Except for somatization and interpersonal factors, scores of other factors were significantly higher than those of norm, but only significant in individual factors when compared with gender and grade difference. Conclusions In order to further improve the mental health of students, College should take 27% of the total number of students who need further psychological screening.
