在全面推进依法治国的进程中,领导干部的法治信仰培育是一个重要而又紧迫的课题。从信仰的本质意义上来讲,培育领导干部的法治信仰与坚定马克思主义信仰具有内在的一致性,对全面推进依法治国、建设法治中国具有关键的作用。法治信仰的培育必须以一定的社会实践为基础,领导干部在推行法治实践的过程中,能够实现培育法治信仰与践行法治精神的相互促动,进而不断提升善于运用法治思维和法治方式指导和推动工作的政治自觉、文化自觉和制度自觉,带动全社会树立法治信仰,汇聚建设法治中国的强大力量。
