湖北昌荣达造价咨询公司注册地在湖北鄂州,公司主要技术骨干来自原湖北鄂钢工程预决算部,这批技术骨干负责鄂钢建设工程招标、工程合同洽谈签订、工程进度款审核、工程决算审核、配合财务部办理项目转固和固定资产登记建档的工程造价全过程管理。1998年国家实行造价工程师考试注册制度以后,湖北鄂钢工程预决算部这批技术骨干取得了冶金工程造价管理资质。2003年起在全国范围内从事冶金工程造价的管理工作。2005年应国家改制要求,这批技术骨干从湖北鄂钢分离出来,随后成立具有独立法人资格的湖北昌荣达造价咨询公司。随后业务范围逐步扩大
