探讨了模具计算机集成制造与并行工程的系统框架,提出了一种新的特征表示模式,并开发了相应的特征造型系统。系统提供基本形状特征和面向具体应用的典型复合特征,保留实体造型的优点;提供二维、三维参数化设计功能;提供对特征的编辑操作和特征的有效性维护;并提供约束机制和特征变换机制,为实现模具计算机集成制造与并行工程奠定了基础。
The system framework of mold computer integrated manufacturing and concurrent engineering is discussed. A new feature representation model is proposed and the corresponding feature modeling system is developed. The system provides the basic shape features and application-oriented typical composite features, preserves the advantages of solid modeling, provides two-dimensional and three-dimensional parametric design functions, provides editorial operations and feature validity maintenance, and provides constraint mechanisms and feature transformations Mechanism, in order to achieve mold computer integrated manufacturing and parallel engineering laid the foundation.
