本研究系采用安徽、福建和辽宁三省的卫氏并殖囊蚴,分别感染适宜宿主—猫、犬和不适宜宿主—大鼠、兔、和绵羊.所得结果:在猫、犬体内接种皖、闽和辽的卫氏囊蚴后,平均回收率为27.22,31.76,27.86%,多数虫体均为寄生肺部虫囊中的成虫,少数是胸腹腔中的未成熟虫,肌肉中仅能偶见未成熟虫及小童虫.三省大鼠的虫体回收率相差较大,分别为35.66,19.33,5.00%,其寄生部位以肌肉为主(97.20,87.93,46.15%),均为体长1毫米左右的童虫,肺和胸腹腔中虫体少,为未成熟虫和小童虫.兔:三省的回收率相差亦大,(22.20,59.00,0.60%),肌肉中虫体分别占99.10,95.93和33.33%,亦为小童虫.绵羊:系首次感染,采用安徽卫氏囊蚴,虫体回收率低((?).05%),其中94.07%虫体为肌肉中的小童虫.不适宜宿主体内获得的童虫感染适宜宿主可发育为成虫,说明人体感染卫氏并殖已不限于生食溪蟹这一途径.
