我们在实践中摸索到:要磨削表面粗糙度值较低的工件时,在不改变其它工艺条件的情况下,只用碳化錋精磨油石轻微修整砂轮,再磨削工件,其表面粗糙度值可降低1~2级。具体工艺方法如下:磨削分粗磨、精磨两道工序。粗磨时,先用金刚石笔修整砂轮,再进行磨削。(砂轮修整与磨削方法,不再赘述。)精磨前,再用金刚石笔修整一遍砂轮,以保证砂轮的几何精度。然后用碳化绷精磨油石按下述
