实训教学是高职教育人才培养和教学体系的重要组成部分,是体现高职教育应用型人才培养特色不可缺少的教学环节,实训基地是实施实训教学最基本的依托和物质保障.本文就建设高职管理类专业校内实训基地的重要性、原则、建设的思路模式等进行了探讨。
Practical training is an important part of talent training and teaching system in higher vocational education. It is an indispensable teaching link that reflects the cultivation of applied talents in higher vocational education. Practical training base is the most basic support and material guarantee for practical teaching. This paper discusses the importance and principle of constructing management training base in higher vocational education and the thinking mode of construction.
