肾上腺素受体在心血管系统中有很重要的生理功能和病理意义。α和β阻断剂在治疗心血管疾病中占有重要位置。我们结合新药筛选和药物作用机制的研究,于1981年建立了[~3H]心得舒测定火鸡红细胞膜β受体的方法。并用此法观察了去甲乌药碱的作用原理,证明去甲乌药碱是β受体部分激动剂、α_1受体阻滞剂和较弱的α_2受体激动剂.这一结果有别于异两肾上
Adrenergic receptors have important physiological and pathological significance in the cardiovascular system. Alpha and beta blockers play an important role in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. In combination with the research of new drug screening and drug mechanism, we established the [~ 3H] propranolol beta receptor of turkey erythrocyte membrane in 1981. This method was used to observe the action principle of noradrenaline and prove that noradrenaline is a partial agonist of β receptor, α 1 receptor blocker and weaker α 2 receptor agonist.This result is different from Difference between the two kidneys
