本刊1984年第10期刊出《一场被浇熄的改革之火》和短评《改革之火是浇不熄的》两篇文章,介绍了四川都江堰管理局沙黑河电厂厂长薛树涛同志锐意改革却被批判调离的事件。随后,本刊曾不断收到该厂工人同志来信,坚决要求将薛树涛厂长调回,四川省水电厅领导也积极进行工作。据省水电厅党组去年年底给水电部党组告称,都江堰管理局领导“已多次找薛谈心,主动作自我批评”并“决定薛回沙黑河电厂任厂长”。现将薛树涛同志给本刊来信披露如下。我们深信,沙黑河电厂全体职工一定会积极支持薛厂长的改革活动,将改革之火烧得更旺。——编者
