随着高等教育的逐渐发展,高等职业教育已成为中国高等教育的“半壁江山”。青年教师在高职教师队伍中所占比例也呈逐年上升趋势。他们大多学历较高、知识面广、业务性强、思想活跃,正逐渐成为高职教育教学和人才培养的一支不可或缺的生力军。但是由于受社会环境、自身素养和学校管理等因素的影响,这批青年教师也普遍存在着一些问题。本文针对现今高职院校青年教师职业道德素质方面存在的问题进行分析,提出了加强高职院校青年教师职业道德素质建设的基本思路。
With the gradual development of higher education, higher vocational education has become “half of the country” in China’s higher education. The proportion of young teachers in the ranks of higher vocational teachers has also been increasing year by year. Most of them are highly educated, have a wide range of knowledge, are highly professional, and have an active mind. They are gradually becoming an indispensable new force in higher vocational education, teaching and personnel training. However, due to the social environment, their own literacy and school management and other factors, these young teachers are also widespread problems. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the professional ethics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the basic ideas of strengthening the construction of professional ethics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
