农用机动三轮车的迅速发展,给农村经济带来了活力,但是在交通安全和交通管理中,由于种种原因,还存在着许多问题。据调查,河南15个地市1991年发生农用机动三轮车交通事故1,443起,死亡194人,伤863人,其中特大事故11起,死伤79人。如何做好农用机动三轮车交通管理,是交通管理部门目前应当认真解决好的一个重大课题,就此问题我们做了一些调查,走访过一些厂家和车主,下面就这一问题谈谈我们的粗浅看法。
The rapid development of agricultural mobile tricycle has brought vitality to rural economy, but there are still many problems in traffic safety and traffic management due to various reasons. According to the survey, 1,443 agricultural mobile tricycle accidents occurred in 15 cities and prefectures of Henan in 1991, with 194 deaths and 863 injuries, including 11 special accidents and 79 casualties. How to do a good job of agricultural mobile tricycle traffic management is a major issue that traffic management departments should seriously solve so far. We made some investigations on this issue and visited some manufacturers and vehicle owners. Here we talk about our crude opinions on this issue.
