苏、鲁、皖、冀、彭四省一市第四届建井学术交流会于1988年9月16日～20日在著名海滨城市山东省烟台市召开。本届年会由山东省煤炭学会建井专业委员会主办,并得到了山东地方煤矿培训中心的大力支持。会议由秘书长工传久高级工程师主持,沙东英处长受山东煤管局局长的委托致开幕词,并宣读了山东省煤炭学会对大会的贺信。中国统配煤矿总公司基建部委托李树青工程师,全国煤炭高校建井专业学术会议秘书长、煤炭教育顾问团秘书长崔云龙同志,中国煤炭经济学院院长张燮伦同志到会祝贺。
The 4th Jianjing Academic Exchange Seminar of Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui, Hebei, and Pengzhou was held on September 16th ~ 20th, 1988 in Yantai, Shandong Province, a famous seaside city. This annual meeting was sponsored by Shandong Coal Institute well construction professional committee and got strong support from Shandong local coal mine training center. The meeting was presided over by Secretary-General Gong Chuanjiu Senior Engineer. Director Sha Dongying was entrusted by Shandong Coal Administration to deliver the opening speech and read a letter of congratulation from the Coal Institute of Shandong Province to the conference. Mr. Li Shuqing, the chief engineer of China National Coal Mine Corporation entrusted by the Ministry of Infrastructure Construction, Mr. Cui Yunlong, secretary-general of the well-coal professional academic conference of the national coal university, and Mr. Zhang Xielun, dean of the China Coal Economy Institute, attended the congratulation.
