采用超声破碎、TritonX－100溶解、Sephacryl超细S－300和SephadexG－150凝胶过滤提纯了鼠伤寒杆菌的外膜蛋白porin。经检测其中LPS的含量约为0．06％。经SDS—PAGE图谱分析，porin在36KDa位置处显示一条蛋白带；用免疫印迹将OMPs兔抗血清与porin结合，仅在36KDa位置显示一明显的印迹带。
The outer membrane protein porin of Salmonella typhimurium was purified by sonication, Triton X-100, Sephacryl S-300 and Sephadex G-150 gel filtration. After testing, the content of LPS is about 0.06%. According to SDS-PAGE analysis, porin showed a protein band at 36KDa. Western blotting was used to bind OMPs rabbit antiserum to porin, showing a significant band at 36KDa.
