为了加强城市建设档案管理,提高案卷质量,更好地为城市建设服务,由国家建设部会同国家质量监督检验检疫总局共同制订的《建设工程文件归档整理规范》,经有关部门会审,批准为国家标准,编号为GB/T 50328-2001,自2002年5月1日起施行。这也成为我国建设工程文件归档整理的第一部国标规范,它对建设工程文件的归档范围、质量要求、文件材料的立卷原则、归档要求、档案的验收与移交等都作出了明确规定,对做好建设工程
