根据能量守恒定律,开发了针对1MJ对击锤打击成形的有限元计算模块。将开发的计算模块引入商品化有限元软件,完成了GH4169合金盘件的锻造过程数值模拟,并进行了相关实验验证。最后,对比分析了对击锤和液压机模锻盘件内热力参数分布情况。结果表明,所开发的对击锤打击计算模块的计算结果与试验结果相当符合,为合理制定对击锤上盘件模锻工艺和分析锻件缺陷提供了技术支持。
According to the law of conservation of energy, a finite element calculation module for impact hammer forming of 1MJ has been developed. The developed calculation module is introduced into the commercial finite element software, and the numerical simulation of the forging process of GH4169 alloy plate is completed, and the relevant experimental verification is carried out. Finally, the comparison of the distribution of the thermal parameters in hammer and hydraulic die forging parts is made. The results show that the calculated results of the hammering calculation module are in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides technical support for the reasonable formulation of the forging process of the hammer plate and the analysis of the forging defects.
