前言涂铸技术是六十年代末发展起来的一顶新型的铸件表面强化技术。其基本原理是通过粘结剂把合金粉、熔剂固定到铸型表面,然后浇以金属液并利用金属液的热量使涂料层熔化,和基体结合形成牢固可靠的涂层。其中合金粉的作用是强化基体,耐磨、耐蚀。熔剂的作用主要是去除合金粉中的氧化物,增加合金粉的润浸性,降低合金粉熔点等。经过二十年的研究,目前对涂铸的基本原理,工艺规范以及形成机理、结合机理已初步搞清。现在国内外
Preface Casting technology is a new type of casting surface strengthening technology developed in the late 1960s. The basic principle is that the alloy powder and the flux are fixed on the surface of the mold through a binder, then the molten metal is poured and the coating layer is melted by utilizing the heat of the molten metal, and the substrate is combined to form a firm and reliable coating. One of the role of alloy powder is to strengthen the substrate, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant. The main role of flux is to remove oxides in the alloy powder, increasing the impregnation of alloy powder, reducing the melting point of the alloy powder. After two decades of research, the basic principles of coating, the process specifications and formation mechanism, the combination of mechanisms has been initially made clear. Now at home and abroad
