为了进一步加强交通管理,经省人民政府研究,现就有关问题通知如下:一、关于省汽运局和城建部门客运业务的分工问题。省汽运局担负城镇之间的长途和城镇至农村的短途客运业务;省、地辖市的公共汽车,担负市区、郊区和城市到市辖行政区范围内的工业集镇、风景点、纪念地的客运业务。除此以外,以上市镇一九七五年以前业已形成历史习惯的客运线路,原则上维持不变。二、关于公路客运业务经营问题。各县交通局客运业务由省汽运局统一经营,现有公共汽车可采取共同协商,合理折价的办法并入该局,并以一九八一年客运营业收入为基数,从中提取百分之二给县,列入县财政收入,尽量照顾交通的需要。现有人
