中华全国律协将于8月下旬举办“产权改革与公司治理”政策与法律实务培训班、拟邀请国家经贸委、中国证监会、财政部、劳动和社会保障部、国务院发展研究中心的权威人士、中国法学会商法学研究会、著名高校的专家学者以及对于产权改革与公司治理实务具有丰富经验的执业律师及相关专业人士到会演讲。培训的主要内容涵盖《企业国有产权纠纷调处工作规则》、《关于律师事务所介入国有产权法律事务试点工作的指导意见》、《上市公司治理准则》等政策介绍、《公司法》
The All China Law Society will hold a training course entitled “Policy Reform and Corporate Governance of Property Rights and Corporate Governance” in late August to invite officials from the State Economic and Trade Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the State Council Development Research Center , Law Society of China Law Society, experts and scholars from well-known colleges and universities as well as practicing lawyers and relevant professionals who have extensive experience in property rights reform and corporate governance.
