【摘 要】
：
通过分析创业板上市公司股权质押和创新投入的现状,运用理论与实证相结合的研究方法,剖析了股权质押对创新投入的影响机理.结果发现,股权质押会对创新投入产生抑制作用.从质押比例和质押期限两个角度分析股权质押,具体来看,较高的质押比例和较长的质押期限会抑制企业的创新投入.通过研究丰富了股权质押经济后果的影响研究,为企业建立有效股权治理机制以及保障企业创新水平提供了针对性的建议.

采用DEA-Tobit模型,基于2016—2019年长三角三省一市41个地级市的面板数据,构建评价指标体系,对长三角区域农业生产效率和影响因素进行研究.研究表明:(1)从农业生产的综合效率值来看,长三角区域的农业生产综合效率具有空间差异性.(2)从动态发展来看,长三角区域的农业生产效率在不断提升,但是有7个城市的农业生产效率在衰退.(3)地区人均GDP、农村居民人均可支配收入以及农林水支出与长三角区域农业生产效率之间呈显著的正向相关;人口城镇化率与长三角区域农业生产效率之间呈显著的负向相关.
