颈动脉体瘤乃少见的化学感受体瘤,部位特殊,诊断治疗困难,处理不当可造成不良后果。文献虽有报告,但各家均感经验不足,我科1977—1984年收治4例,现将外科治疗的经验体会介绍如下。一、临床资料 (一)年龄、性别、病程、性质:男性2例,女性2例。年龄分别为44、46、50、62岁,平均50岁。左侧1例,右侧3例,病期分别为3年、5年、6年、15年、平均7.3年。4例均为良性。 (二)病史及临床表现:4例入本科前均未确诊,误诊为颈淋巴结核2例,神经鞘
Carotid body tumor is a rare chemosensory tumor, the site is special, diagnosis and treatment difficulties, improper handling can cause adverse consequences. Although there are reports of the literature, but each family experience lack of experience, our department from 1977 to 1984, 4 cases, the experience of surgical treatment are described below. First, the clinical data (A) of age, gender, duration, nature: 2 males and 2 females. Age 44,46,50,62 years, mean 50 years old. 1 case on the left side and 3 cases on the right side. The disease stages were 3 years, 5 years, 6 years and 15 years respectively, with an average of 7.3 years. 4 cases were benign.
