癫痫儿童常伴有不同程度的认知障碍，背景原因多而复杂，认知研究发现这类儿童具有特异的认知反应，而且受治疗药物类型与剂量影响。强调癫痫病的诊断与治疗应以认知检查作为参校。
Children with epilepsy often accompanied by varying degrees of cognitive impairment, the background of many and complex cognitive studies found that these children have a specific cognitive response, but also by the type and dose of drugs affected. Emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy should be cognitive tests as a reference.
