目的观察过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌装置对模拟临床管腔类器械灭菌效果,为临床实际应用提供参考依据。方法以人工模拟制作管腔物品作载体,观察该灭菌装置对不同细菌杀灭效果。结果用过氧化氢等离子体灭菌装置可有效杀灭内径1 mm、长400 mm及内径2 mm、长600 mm的金属细管腔和内径1 mm、长2 m聚四氟乙烯导管以及心脏导管和腹腔镜管腔内所染的试验菌株。结论过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器可对临床常用的管腔类器械进行有效的快速灭菌。
Objective To observe the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma cryogenic sterilization device on simulated clinical luminal instruments and provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods Artificial simulated lumen objects were used as carrier to observe the killing effect of the sterilization device on different bacteria. Results Hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization device can effectively kill the small metal lumens with inner diameter of 1 mm, length of 400 mm, inner diameter of 2 mm and length of 600 mm and the inner diameter of 1 mm, length 2 m Teflon catheters and cardiac catheter And laparoscopic tubes infected with the experimental strains. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer can effectively and quickly sterilize the commonly used lumen devices.
