近年来,我国对卒中的防治从宏观策略到具体思路和模式正在走向国际化。但是临床医生在卒中整体治疗的管理中往往忽略营养状态,对患者施行营养治疗的必要性缺乏足够的认识,更缺乏有关卒中患者营养状况的多中心研究及相关数据。为统一和规范卒中治疗中营养管理的认识,中华内科杂志组织全国神经和营养学科专家共同制定了卒中患者营养管理的专家共识,以期进一步规范卒中治疗。
In recent years, our country’s prevention and treatment of stroke from the macro-strategy to specific ideas and models are moving towards internationalization. However, clinicians often neglect nutritional status in the management of overall stroke care, lack of adequate knowledge of the need for nutritional management in patients, and lack of multicentre studies and data on the nutritional status of stroke patients. In order to unify and standardize the understanding of nutrition management in stroke treatment, the Chinese Internal Medicine Magazine organized the National Neurological and Nutritional Discipline Experts to jointly develop an expert consensus on nutritional management of stroke patients in order to further standardize stroke treatment.
