1963年我們試制了多孔粘土空心砖。其中比較好的有52孔砖,抗压强度平均达到159.8kg/cm~2,比用这种土制成的实心砖的强度还高(实心砖强度为75~100kg/cm~2之間)。現将我們的試制情况簡要介紹如下: 一、原料土的性能試制多孔用的粘土,是原生产实心砖所用的粘土。这种粘土的可塑性指数只有7.5左右,其中还有2%以上的不溶顆粒(粒径大于0.5mm的)。二、机械設备所用的制砖机是原生产实心砖的中型单龙口螺旋挤泥机(实心砖坯的产量为4.5万块/班),試制多孔砖时作了部分修改。其主要规格如下(附带搅拌机): 1.双軸搅拌机。槽长2m;軸轉数为44轉/分;
