为探讨不同性别的缺血性脑血管疾病患者在临床处理方面是否存在有差异,本文总结了过去10年的6年里(1981、1983、1985、1987～1989年)美国康涅狄格州36所医院住院治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者接受脑血管造影和颈动脉内膜切除术的治疗情况。研究对象中女性22 584名,男性19 729名,年龄>50岁,诊断均为缺血性脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血
In order to investigate whether there are any differences in the clinical management of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease of different genders, this paper summarizes the hospitalization of 36 hospitals in Connecticut, USA in the past 10 years (1981, 1983, 1985, 1987-1989) Patients treated for ischemic cerebrovascular disease underwent cerebral angiography and carotid endarterectomy. A total of 22 584 women, 19 729 males, aged> 50 years, were diagnosed as ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack
