互联网正改变人们的生产和生活方式,学校团队工作也应顺应时代要求,做出相应的调整。现在很多小区的平台已经建立起来,需要团队组织趁早占领这个阵地,也有利于团队组织创性地开展工作。当前各种学校大都围绕社区设立,这种格局为学校团队组织在社区局域网教育提供了规模平台。传统的团队活动有着各种不足,当前要更好地开展各项活动,需要开辟更多的社区网络活动区域。促进团队成员与团队组织、团队成员与辅导员、团队成员间的交流与互动,借助活动平台,创设团队活动情境,增加团队活动的有效性。
