目的:探讨脑血管病病人急性期外周血红细胞上CD35表达变化的意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测急性脑血管病病人外周血红细胞CD35的表达,同时检测健康对照者的CD35。结果:脑梗死、脑出血病人急性期外周血红细胞CD35表达与健康对照组相比明显降低。结论:脑血管病病人急性期红细胞免疫功能降低。
Objective: To investigate the significance of CD35 expression on peripheral blood erythrocytes in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods: The expression of CD35 on peripheral blood erythrocytes in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease was detected by flow cytometry and CD35 in healthy controls. Results: The expression of CD35 on peripheral blood erythrocytes in acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls. Conclusion: Erythrocyte immune function is decreased in acute stage of cerebrovascular disease.
