发现了高锰酸钾—左旋多巴化学发光体系,建立了利用此体系测定左旋多巴的流动注射化学发光分析新方法.方法的检出限为6.2×10-5g/L左旋多巴.左旋多巴浓度在4×10-4~8×10-2g/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系.对4×10-3g/L左旋多巴进行11次测定,RSD为1.6%.此方法已用于片剂中左旋多巴的测定,结果与标准方法一致.
A chemiluminescence system of potassium permanganate-levodopa was found and a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of levodopa was established. The detection limit of the method was 6.2 × 10-5g / L levodopa. L-dopa concentration in the range of 4 × 10-4 ~ 8 × 10-2g / L and chemiluminescence intensity showed a good linear relationship. 11 determinations of 4 × 10 -3 g / L levodopa with a RSD of 1.6%. This method has been used in the determination of levodopa tablets, the results consistent with the standard method.
