The fracture behavior and fracture behavior of different assembly welded joints of 16Mn steel were studied. It is considered that the fracture strength of 16Mn steel joint under high stress plastic fracture and high stress brittle fracture is determined by the strength of weld and the plastic deformation ability of each part of joint. Increasing the strength of weld and increasing the plasticity of weld and base metal are both beneficial Improve joint anti-fracture ability; in the low-stress brittle fracture state, joint fracture resistance can be evaluated according to the low temperature impact toughness of the weld. The plastic deformability of each part of welded joint and its interrelation have an unnegligible influence on the fracture behavior of welded joint, which is an important basis for evaluating the fracture performance of joint.
