本文作者应用放射免疫测定技术对多发性硬化症,病毒性脑膜炎和肿瘤病人的脑脊液免疫球蛋白G,A,M,D及E值进行了定量分析,发现在上述疾患中所有五类脑脊液免疫球蛋白均有明显变化。结果如下: 在25例多发性硬化症病人中,16例(64%)的总蛋白增高,17例的IgG增高,23例(92%)的IgA增高,全部病例的IgD及IgE均降低。在35例推测为病毒感染的无菌性脑膜炎病人中,全部病例的IgM均增高,17例(49%)的IgA增高,而全部病例的IgD均正常。
