目的探讨冶金化工企业职业病危害特点和变化情况,以便做出相应的防治对策。方法收集河池市某冶金化工厂开展节能减排以来近5年的监测资料,进行统计学分析比较。结果 2005—2007年某冶金化工厂的监测合格率呈上升的趋势,2008年则下滑,2009年又有所回升;2005—2009年职业病危害因素平均总体合格率为70.92%,其中粉尘监测合格率最低(44.81%),热辐射次之(52.78%)。结论企业在进行扩大再生产的同时,要加大职业卫生的投入,降低职业病危害因素的浓度(强度);职业病监督机构要加大职业卫生的执法力度,保护劳动者的健康权益。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and changes of occupational hazards in metallurgical and chemical enterprises in order to make corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods The monitoring data collected from a certain metallurgical chemical plant in Hechi city for energy conservation and emission reduction for nearly five years were collected for statistical analysis and comparison. Results The monitoring qualification rate of a metallurgical and chemical plant from 2005 to 2007 showed an upward trend. In 2008, the rate of decline showed a slight increase. In 2009-2009, the average overall pass rate of occupational hazards was 70.92%, of which the compliance rate of dust monitoring The lowest (44.81%), followed by heat radiation (52.78%). Conclusions While expanding reproduction, enterprises should increase investment in occupational health and reduce the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards. Occupational disease supervising agencies should step up enforcement of occupational health and protect the health rights and interests of workers.
