在田间发现一个无侧枝表型的黄瓜品系。通过对该品系进行多年的田间观察、形态解剖学观察以及不同温度和光周期的影响试验,发现该品系的无侧枝表型是由于侧生分生组织全部向花芽方向分化所造成的。当温度或光周期提高至一定程度时,该品系能出现花序逆转的现象。将此无侧枝黄瓜品系和有侧枝黄瓜品系的形态解剖学观察结果对比后发现,在黄瓜叶腋部位原基形成的早期阶段,原基是同质的,由遗传和环境共同决定将来的分化方向。
A cucumber line without phenotype was found in the field. Through years of field observations, morphological and anatomical observations, and effects of temperature and photoperiod on the strain, it was found that the non-collateral phenotype of the strain is due to the differentiation of all lateral meristems to flower buds. When the temperature or photoperiod increased to some extent, the phenomenon of inflorescence reversal appeared. Comparison of the morphological anatomy of this cucumber line with cucumber lines and cucumber lines showed that the primordia were homogenous in the early stage of primordial formation of the cucumber leaf axils and the future differentiation direction was determined by both the genetic and environmental factors.
