针对电子产品设计验证阶段性能试验的多环境状态、小样本特点,在正态分布假设条件下,提出了基于Pspice电路仿真的性能评估方法,运用Pspice软件中的瞬态分析、Monte-Carlo分析和温度分析获得了各环境状态下的性能仿真数据,进而获得了环境因子的仿真结果;利用环境因子将多试验状态下的试验数据折算为正常状态下的性能试验数据,基于折算后性能试验数据实现了产品的性能可靠性评估。最后,以某型装备上的稳压电源为例说明了本文方法的有效性和实用性。
Aiming at the characteristics of multi-environment and small samples in the performance verification stage of electronic product design and verification, a performance evaluation method based on Pspice circuit simulation is proposed under the condition of normal distribution.
