目的收集行介入检查的42例全脑数字减影血管造影(DSA)完整资料,分析其影像检查的选择及在临床方面的应用价值。方法经CT和/或MRI检查发现或临床高度怀疑脑血管疾病的病例,行全脑DSA检查。结果行DSA前,CT和/或MRI阳性发现21例,行DSA后阳性发现42例。结论DSA不但能对动脉瘤、动静脉畸形、烟雾病、脑静脉畸形等定性定位诊断,而且对病变的范围及严重程度亦可清楚地了解,为手术提供较可靠的客观依据,对于脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血,可进一步查明导致出血的病因,不失为一种行之有效的诊断方法。
Objective To collect 42 complete digital subtraction angiography (DSA) data of the interventional examinations and analyze its imaging selection and its clinical value. Methods All cases of cerebrovascular disease were found by CT and / or MRI examination or were highly suspected of clinical cerebrovascular disease. DSA was performed on whole brain. Results Before DSA, CT and / or MRI were found in 21 cases, and 42 cases were found after DSA. Conclusions DSA can not only diagnose the aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, moyamoya disease and cerebral venous malformation qualitatively, but also can clearly understand the scope and severity of the lesion and provide a more reliable objective evidence for the operation. For the patients with cerebral hemorrhage, Subarachnoid hemorrhage can further identify the cause of bleeding, after all, is an effective diagnostic method.
