ZC_1蜗杆减速机是根据天津大学王树人教授提出的ZC_1蜗杆全新技术理论设计制造的,产品符合GB9147—88《圆弧圆柱蜗杆减速器》标准,ZC_1蜗杆减速机与德国弗兰德公司生产的尼曼(CVEZ)蜗杆减速机同属一种类型,ZC_1蜗杆传动具有承载能力大,传动效率高,使用寿命长及制造工艺简单等优点,在我国冶金、化工、石油等设备中得到广泛应用。 目前我国施工升降机行业大多数采用平面2次包络环面蜗杆减速器,由于它的制造工艺和装配要求比较高,产品性能很难达到设计理论值,影响了主机性能,是行业中存在的主
ZC_1 worm reducer is designed and manufactured according to the new technical theory of ZC_1 worm proposed by Prof. Wang Shuren of Tianjin University. The product conforms to the GB9147-88 “circular cylindrical worm reducer” standard, ZC_1 worm reducer and Niemann produced by Germany Flanders. (CVEZ) worm reducer belongs to the same type, ZC_1 worm drive has the advantages of large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, long service life and simple manufacturing process, and is widely used in China’s metallurgical, chemical, petroleum and other equipment. At present, most of the construction elevator industry in China adopts a plane 2 envelope enveloping worm reducer. Due to its relatively high manufacturing process and assembly requirements, product performance is difficult to achieve theoretical design values, affecting the performance of the host, and is the mainstay of the industry.
