水利工程建设属于我国基础性建设工程,其在应用中,为我国社会的发展及工农业的生产有着重要的作用。从目前的建设情况来看,水利工程建设的项目越来越多,并且一般都是中小型的水利工程,主要应用于工农业上。从水利工程的建设上来看,我国许多新技术目前都处于世界的领先水平。并且在工程的建设中不仅建设的速度提升了,同时建设的质量也明显提高。土石方施工技术是水利工程应用非常广泛的技术之一,在水利工程的建设中,属于重要的环节。现将针对水利工程中土石方施工技术的应用综合的阐述,并对具体的技术都详细的介绍,希望在水利工程的建设中,能有效的应用。
