下岗职工党员是新形势下党员队伍中出现的一个特殊群体,党组织对他们进行先进性教育,是新时期党建工作面临的一个新问题。在开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动中,下岗职工党员是比较容易被忽视的群体。因此,要充分考虑这一特殊群体的复杂性和特殊性,针对他们采取相应措施,解决突出问题,增强先进性教育的针对性和实效性。
The laid-off workers and party members are a special group of party members emerging under the new situation. The party organizations educate them on the advanced nature is a new issue confronting party building in the new period.
