随着网络的快速发展,网络经济也逐渐成为一种新兴的经济模式,在我国国民经济当中扮演着重要的角色。然而这种依托于网络的经济模式不同于传统的经济,很多管理制度仍处于探索阶段,本文以工商行政管理为例,探讨了网络经济监管机制的构建,并对其中的难点进行了分析,以期为我国网络经济管理机制的建立提供一定的技术支持。
