在“一带一路”的背景下,宁夏内陆开放型经济试验区法治环境的建设对于试验区的发展意义重大,但是我区的法治环境建设仍然存在着诸多挑战,因此,需要从加强交流与合作、完善争端解决机制等方面努力营造出公开、公平、公正、可预期的法治环境,为宁夏内陆型经济开放试验区的建设提供坚强有力的法治保障。
Under the background of the “Belt and Road”, the construction of the legal environment in the Ningxia Open-land Economic Experimental Zone is of great significance to the development of the experimental zone. However, there are still many challenges in the construction of the legal environment in our region. Therefore, Cooperation and improvement of the dispute settlement mechanism to create an open, fair, just and predictable environment for the rule of law and provide a strong and powerful rule of law guarantee for the construction of an inland-type economic opening-up test area in Ningxia.
